GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Services

1.1 Individual services, unless otherwise stated, are services that must be booked and paid for separately, such as individual sessions, single yoga classes, courses, workshops, seminars, personal training, etc. Payment is based on the agreed-upon rate. The stated registration deadlines and cancellation policies must be observed.

1.2 Multi-session passes (“blocks”) entitle the purchaser to a specific number of class visits (5- or 10-session blocks). Multi-session passes are non-transferable. No refunds are given for unused sessions.

 

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are listed in euros (€). Payment is due upon completion of the service, either in cash on-site or via bank transfer to the Vital Vis d.o.o. account.
Multi-session passes and vouchers are payable upon receipt, either in cash or via bank transfer to the Vital Vis d.o.o. account.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund

If the booked individual session is not attended by the user, the following provisions apply:

(a) For cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

(b) For cancellations up to 3 hours before the start of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

 

4. The customer acknowledges that the complimentary loan mats, blankets, cushions, blocks, and straps are cleaned at regular intervals, but not before each use. Therefore, their use is at the customer’s own risk. Customers are free to bring and use their own yoga mat, blanket, etc.

 

5. The personal data you provide to us (e.g., for scheduling an appointment or invoicing) will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
