The bustling activity of the high season, with its comprehensive range of tourist activities, is still concentrated almost entirely in the two towns of Vis and Komiža. However, even in summer, hundreds of secluded spots, secluded coves and groves, and tranquil havens amidst nature can be found further afield.
During the quieter months of the off-season, the island is no less appealing. In spring, the many sunny days, pleasant temperatures, and lush greenery beckon. And even in autumn, when the clocks tick slower again, their original charm becomes noticeable – during the wine and olive harvest, for example, which can certainly be approached in a “pomalo” (leisurely) way, as they say here.
A group yoga class is held once a week – on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. – at Vukovarska ul. 55, directly behind the ferry terminal.
